Brian Vickers had a career year in 2009, which included his second Cup Series victory, 6 poles and 13 top-10 finishes, not to mention making the Chase.

But it was the arcane that truly blotted Vickers' season.

13 мая 2010г было заявлено что 26-летний Брайан Викерс пропускает гонку в Довере - диагноз по медицинским условиям. Он был госпитализирован в среду вечером.
Затем ему пришлось пропустить еще несколько гонок.
И в итоге было решено в 2010г отказаться от гонок ради восстановления здоровья.
Сейчас в расписании машин на 2011г у №83 значится Брайан Викерс. Будем верить.

На сегодня с дебюта в Кубке в 2003г он провел 219 гонок:
- выиграл 2 раза (в 2006 и 2009),
- 18 раз был в Топ-5 (каждый год с 05 по 09) - максимум 5 Топ-5 в 05 и 06 годах
- 50 раз был в Топ-10 (каждый год с 04 по 10) - максимум 13 Топ-10 в 09 году

Средний старт 17,7 - средний финиш 20,6

Выиграл более 23 млн призовых денег.

В зачете сезона 4 раза был в Топ-20 и 2 раза в Топ-15.

Лучшее место в сезоне: 12й в 2009г (участник Погони).

Сезон 2010г окончен. Викерс участвовал лишь в первых 11 из 36 гонок.
Он занял итоговое 40-е место, 3 раза был в Топ-10, выиграл 1,5 млн призовых, имел средний финиш 20,0.
